Born and raised in York, Pennsylvania, I spent much of my early life making short films with my younger brothers. The films began in fifth grade with the utilization of iMovie and Photo Booth. Shortly after, I purchased a Kodak PlaySport camera and was free to film wherever I took the camera.

Throughout middle school and high school I had a strong passion for the news and politics. I joined the school newspaper and morning show. My passion for journalism continued into college. I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a bachelor's degree in journalism and a focus on photojournalism.

In Philadelphia, I was privileged to work with non-profits that spoke to my political beliefs such as: REFORM Alliance, I Am B.U.M.I., and Native Son. I worked on the online newspaper Philadelphia Neighborhoods and created photo articles about the homelessness crisis in Philadelphia. I covered the local art scene ( primarily film) as well. Furthermore, I had the privilege to work on creative projects. Including, but not limited to, two independent feature films and several music videos.

Currently, I live in Los Angeles, California, and hope to create more stories that promote meaningful change.
